These terms apply to the LeadPhrase app for iPhone and to this website. Please read them with the privacy policy.
Your licence
LeadPhrase is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, together with these terms. Where they differ, Apple's agreement applies to your licence to use the app.
What LeadPhrase does
LeadPhrase suggests ways to phrase, structure and deliver what you want to say. You decide what to say and send. Suggestions can be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, so review them, especially for legal, HR, financial, contractual or safety matters. LeadPhrase doesn't give legal, HR or medical advice, and scores are directional coaching, not an assessment.
AI providers
If you connect an AI provider, your use of that service is governed by its terms. You're responsible for your API key, its costs, and following your employer's rules about what you may share. Safe Rewrite reduces what is shared but can't guarantee that every confidential detail is recognised. Use strict mode when it matters.
Fair use
Don't use LeadPhrase to harass, deceive or harm others, or to break the law.
Your content
What you write in LeadPhrase belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and we don't receive it.
Changes
We may update LeadPhrase and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
Liability
LeadPhrase is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
