Getting started

1. Open Coach and tap Try the Vyntra example to see a full analysis.
2. Type, paste or dictate your own message, choose who it's for, and tap Improve.
3. Tap How would a senior say it? to review something you've already said.

Without an AI key, LeadPhrase works offline: analysis, patterns, drills, the phrase library and curated rewrites for common situations.

Connecting an AI provider

1. Create an API key with your provider: OpenAI or Mistral.
2. In LeadPhrase, go to Profile › AI provider, choose the provider and paste your key.
3. Tap Test connection.

For a company gateway or another OpenAI-compatible service, choose Custom and enter the endpoint, the model and how the key is sent (a bearer token, or an api-key header for Azure). You pay the provider directly for what you use.

Rehearsing and dictation

Allow the microphone and speech recognition when LeadPhrase asks, or later in Settings › LeadPhrase. Transcription runs on your iPhone when your device supports it for the language. If you've required on-device recognition and it isn't available, use Type instead.

Meeting cards on your Lock Screen

Prepare a meeting from Coach › Prepare a meeting, then tap Show on Lock Screen. If the cards don't appear, check that Live Activities are allowed in Settings › LeadPhrase. To add the widget, touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget and choose LeadPhrase.

Privacy settings and deleting your data

Safe Rewrite, strict mode, always-hidden terms and on-device speech are in Profile › Privacy & data. Delete all data removes every message, rehearsal, reflection and setting, your API key, and the cards shown on the widget and Lock Screen. See the privacy policy for details.
